The Story

Our client had already purchased a property in Perth but relocated to Melbourne for work. Instead of buying immediately, he chose to rent for almost two years. His goal was simple: understand where he truly wanted to live, factoring lifestyle, work, and long-term satisfaction, before committing to a purchase.
