We find the properties (on and off-market), offer unlimited inspections, and handle all negotiations, giving you the full, done-for-you experience.

Across eight hours, we handle the entire due diligence process with pre-inspection research, on-the-ground inspection, and expert final review. Only after we confirm a property meets our standards do we move to negotiation, so when we secure terms, it’s on a property we fully trust.

Assess & Negotiate is our most comprehensive buyer advocacy service. It includes everything within Buy & Manage, including the $2,500 management fee credit, while adding complete search, representation, negotiation and acquisition support.

This service is designed for buyers who want a professional managing the entire process on their behalf. Whether you're buying an investment property or a future home, we guide the journey from the initial brief through to settlement.

We charge a fixed fee rather than a percentage of the purchase price. This means our focus remains on helping you secure the right property at the right price, rather than increasing the purchase price to increase our fee.

From property identification and off market opportunities through to inspections, due diligence, negotiation and settlement support, Assess & Negotiate is designed to provide complete representation throughout the buying process.
