Once your Shortlist has been established, you can send us an unlimited number of properties for review.

Spending around an hour inside the property alongside the building inspector allows us to inspect and test virtually everything, while gaining a far deeper understanding of the property's overall condition.

It's also the ideal time to identify maintenance priorities, discuss future compliance requirements and begin preparing the property for leasing. Recording the property's condition at this stage also provides valuable evidence should any damage occur between exchange and settlement.

Rather than treating the building inspection as the end of due diligence, we use it as the beginning of successful property management.

Settlement may occur several weeks or even months after you first inspected the property.

The final inspection confirms the property remains in the agreed condition, that agreed inclusions are present and that any issues have been addressed before ownership changes hands.

This is also where we coordinate the transition into property management, organising key collection, compliance inspections, safety requirements and the work required so your property can be leased as quickly as possible after settlement.
