01. Property InspectionOur standard property inspection gives you a full view of price, condition, and fit. We assess contracts, risks, and potential issues upfront. Then we go on-site (inside and out) and wrap up with a one-on-one consultation, giving you a clear, honest debrief. |
02. Beyond the SurfaceThis inspection is a collaboration with your building inspector. We record every detail, appliances, minor defects, to ensure the property’s condition is fully documented. This proof is invaluable for settlement and ensures nothing is missed. |
03. Final InspectionConducted 4–5 days before settlement, this ensures the property’s condition matches the day of sale. We represent you, trained and unbiased, giving you peace of mind. This final check isn’t included by default but is available for added assurance. |
