You send us potential properties and we quickly filter out the no-gos saving you time and effort.

Before we inspect, we take a meticulous approach to the pre-inspection assessment:

Review the online listing: floor plan, dimensions, and flow.
Check orientation: north-south/east-west alignment for liveability and resale.
Map review: compare standard map and satellite view.
Inspect roof via satellite for signs of aging.
Check boundary alignment with contract subdivision plans.
Analyse neighboring properties.
